My name is Chef Kat I have been in the culinary industry for 35+ years along with a culinary instructor working with  LeCordon Bleu. I am dedicated to helping you and sharing my knowledge and skills.

LIVE ONLINE cooking classes

The first cooking classes where you actually get to ask questions and interact with the chef, I will be instructing you the whole way as we cook together.

Whether you are learning to cook or looking to work in the industry this is a great place to learn as well as the ability to ask questions, you can't do that with just a video.

If you do not have the equipment or time to cook with me you are welcome to watch, learn and ask questions and join the class.

Blueberry muffin recipe

Crumb Topping

1 cup flour

3 TBSP brown sugar

2 TBSP sugar

1 tsp baking powder

pinch salt

6 TBSP melted butter

Muffins

1 3/4 cup flour

2 1/4 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup sugar

2 large eggs

1/2 cup oil

3/4 cup milk

1 tsp vanilla

1 1/2 cup blueberries

Add all dry together, then all wet together in a separate bowl  combine the dry to the wet, mix until just combined then add blueberries. ADD THE CRUMB TOPPING, put in a 350 oven for 15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. makes 12-24 muffins.
